Ingredients
| Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon | x4 slices |
| Tate & Lyle light soft brown sugar | x1 tsp |
| Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon | pinch of |
| American pancakes 4” | x3 |
| Blueberries | 50g |
| Yarde Farm premium dairy clotted cream vanilla ice cream | x 1 scoop |
| Yarde Farm premium dairy salted caramel ice cream | x1 scoop |
| Lyles maple flavoured syrup | 20g |
| Salted caramel cubes | x1 tbsp |
Method
- Sprinkle brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon over the tray of streaky bacon and grill until crispy.
- Reserve one rasher of bacon and crumble finely.
- Layer up the pancakes with bacon and blueberries.
- Top with one scoop of clotted cream and one scoop of salted caramel ice cream.
- Drizzle with blueberry syrup, more blueberries and sprinkle the bacon crumbs over the top.
