Ingredients

Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate cookie	1 cookie
Yarde Farm premium dairy clotted cream vanilla ice cream	1 scoop

Method

Bake a cookie at 160 degrees from frozen for 11-12 mins, allow to cool.
Scoop dairy vanilla ice cream into serving bowl.
Cut cookie into 4 and place around the ice cream and serve.
