Ingredients
Buttermilk chicken fillets | 10 |
Franks red hot buffalo wings sauce | 60g |
Cheddar slices with jalapeño peppers | 10 |
Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild Cheddar mix | 40g |
Lion chipotle mayonnaise | 300ml |
Lion Louisiana BBQ sauce | 300ml |
French’s American mustard | 200ml |
Everyday Favourites crispy fried onions | 100g |
Method
1. Cook the buttermilk chicken as per instructions.
2. Once cooked, chop the chicken into even size pieces and tumble in the Buffalo sauce.
3. Top your fries with the chicken pieces, grated cheese, and cheese slice and grill until melted.
