Ingredients
Frozen or tinned peaches | ½ cup |
Water | 1 tbsp |
Sugar | ½ tbsp |
Balsamic vinegar | ¼ tsp |
Burtons Biscuits mini pack | 1 |
Method

- Pop your frozen/tinned peaches into a pan with water and sugar and heat until boiling.
- As the peaches start to fall apart add balsamic vinegar, stir and turn off heat.
- Allow to cool. If you prefer a smooth compote you can blitz at this stage.
- Serve with the 2 biscuits of your choice on the side.
