Ingredients
Vegan mayonnaise | 100ml |
Sriracha hot chilli sauce | 100ml |
Battered cauliflower | 700g |
Crispy fried onions | 100g |
Micro coriander | 30g |
Method
- Mix the vegan mayonnaise with sriracha and put into a squeezy bottle.
- Deep fry the cauliflower as per pack instructions then serve with drizzling the two sauces on top, finish with crispy fried onions and micro herbs if desired.
