Buffalo cauliflower with maple BBQ sauce

Ingredients

Vegan mayonnaise 100ml
Sriracha hot chilli sauce 100ml
Battered cauliflower 700g
Crispy fried onions 100g
Micro coriander 30g

Method

  1. Mix the vegan mayonnaise with sriracha and put into a squeezy bottle.
  2. Deep fry the cauliflower as per pack instructions then serve with drizzling the two sauces on top, finish with crispy fried onions and micro herbs if desired.
