Ingredients
Everyday Favourites unsalted butter | 245g |
Brown sugar | 265g |
Caster sugar | 350g |
Everyday Favourites large fresh eggs | 5 |
Everyday Favourites plain flour | 500g |
Baking powder | 9g |
Callebaut® W2 white chocolate callets | 100g |
Salt | pinch of |
Method
- Melt the butter and sugar together, then allow to cool.
- Add the eggs into the mixture.
- Sieve all of the dry ingredients together and fold through the mix.
- Melt the white chocolate and fold through the cake mix.
- Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
