Ingredients
Farmstead gourmet beef burger 196g | 1 |
Chef William cajun spice | 3g |
Castello burger blue cheese slices | 1 |
Zorba delicacies guacamole | 30g |
Everyday Favourites garlic & herb mayonnaise | 5g |
Cos lettuce | 2 large leaves |
Method
- Rub the cajun seasoning into the burger and allow to flavour for 15 minutes.
- Chargrill the burger until core temperature reaches 75oC, top with the blue cheese and allow to melt slightly.
- Build the burger - cos lettuce leaf, cheese topped burger, guacamole, drizzle of garlic & heb mayo, top with the other cos leaf.
