Ingredients
Spaghetti | 70g |
Vegan meatballs | 70g |
Tomato base | 100g |
Pitted green olives, halved | 15g |
Fresh parsley |
Method
- Boil the spaghetti in a pan of salted boiling water
- Cook the meatballs in a frying pan and then add the tomato sauce to warm through
- Stab the meatballs with a cocktail stick and push on half an olive to create your eyeballs
- Serve the eyeballs in their bloody sauce on top of the spaghetti intestines
- Garnish with fresh parsley
