Billionaires banoffee

This creation uses the trendy Kelly’s millionaires shortbread ice cream and fresh banana for a banoffee inspired indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

Salted caramel sauce 1 tbsp
Sliced banana 1/2
Kelly’s millionaires shortbread 2-3 large scoops
Garnish with a chocolate wafer straw 1

Method

  1. Drizzle 1 tbsp of salted caramel sauce into the base of a sundae glass.
  2. Position half a sliced banana around the base and up the sides.
  3. Place 2-3 large scoops of Kelly’s Millionaires Shortbread ice cream into a glass.
