    Ingredients

    Big Al’s Prime burger 1
    Brioche bun 1
    Garlic mayo 1 tbsp
    Shredded lettuce 15g
    Strips of streaky bacon 3
    Mozzarella cheese slice

    Method

    2. Lightly toast the bun and dress with garlic mayonnaise
    3. Add the shredded lettuce to bottom bun
    4. Place the burger then the streaky bacon then the mozzarella cheese
