Big Al’s ‘Highland haggis stack’ burger

Ingredients

Big Al’s flame cooked 2oz burger patty 2
Fried haggis disc 1
Everyday Favourites free range egg 1
Crispy onion ring 1
Bap 1
Malt vinegar mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Orkney Cheddar slices 1

Method

  1. Cook the Big Al’s burger patties as per package instructions
  2. Fry the haggis in a pan until crispy and cooked through, set aside, fry the egg in the same pan and set aside
  3. Deep fry the onion ring until golden brown and crispy
  4. Spread 1 tbsp of malt vinegar mayonnaise to the bottom bun, add 1 cooked 2oz burger patty, top with Orkney cheese, then repeat with the other patty and cheese
  5. Top with haggis disc, crispy onion ring and fried egg
  6. Add 1 tbsp of malt vinegar mayonnaise to the top bun and crown
