Big Al’s flame cooked 2oz burger patty | 2 |
Fried haggis disc | 1 |
Everyday Favourites free range egg | 1 |
Crispy onion ring | 1 |
Bap | 1 |
Malt vinegar mayonnaise | 1 tbsp |
Orkney Cheddar slices | 1 |
Method

- Cook the Big Al’s burger patties as per package instructions
- Fry the haggis in a pan until crispy and cooked through, set aside, fry the egg in the same pan and set aside
- Deep fry the onion ring until golden brown and crispy
- Spread 1 tbsp of malt vinegar mayonnaise to the bottom bun, add 1 cooked 2oz burger patty, top with Orkney cheese, then repeat with the other patty and cheese
- Top with haggis disc, crispy onion ring and fried egg
- Add 1 tbsp of malt vinegar mayonnaise to the top bun and crown
