For the wings | |
Big Al’s Fully Cooked Mesquite Chicken Wings | 12 |
BBQ sauce | |
Masala sauce | |
Sriracha sauce | |
Peri peri sauce | |
Sweet chilli sauce |

Create our signature masala sauce- In a bowl mix natural yoghurt and masala curry paste.
- Finely chop onion, tomato, red chilli, and coriander and add to the yoghurt mix.
- Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
- Cook Big Al’s Mesquite Chicken Wings as per pack instructions. Microwave 1900W – Heat on full power for 2 mins, allow to stand for 30 seconds or pre-heated combi oven at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can deep-fry at 190°C/375°F and fry for 6 minutes until crispy.
- Toss some wings in BBQ sauce, others in sriracha sauce, and sweet chilli and keep some plain for dipping.
- Drizzle extra BBQ sauce on the BBQ tossed wings. Serve the tossed siracha and sweet chilli wings in separate bowls. Serve with peri peri dipping sauce and masala sauce for the plain wings.
