Ingredients
Snowbird plain beef meatballs 12g | 10 each |
Everyday Favourites BBQ sauce | 60g |
Everyday Favourites white bread & roll mix | 300g |
Everyday Favourites mild white cheddar cheese | 30g |
Method
- Roll the dough into a baguette shape and prove in a hot plate for 15 minutes.
- Make a 1 inch deep cut down the length of the baguette and place the meatballs inside, drizzle over bbq sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake @ 180°c for 15 - 20 minutes until the base is fully cooked then serve.
