Ingredients
BBQ pulled jackfruit | 1.2kg |
10” yellow corn tortilla | 10 |
Vegan grated Cheddar style cheese | 200g |
Mixed leaves | 120g |
Method
1. Lay the tortilla on a board.
2. Top with the BBQ pulled jackfruit.
3. Sprinkle the vegan cheese on top of the jackfruit and finish with some mixed leaves.
4. Fold, roll and serve.
