Banana breakfast shake

    Ingredients

    Banana 1
    Lotus Biscoff smooth spread 1/4 Cup
    Low fat vanilla frozen yoghurt 1 + 1/2 Cup
    Arla UHT milk 1/4 Cup
    Chef William ground Cinnamon 1/8 tsp

    Method

    1. Combine banana and Biscoff spread in blender container.
    2. Cover, blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
    3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
    4. Blend together
