Ingredients
Farmstead bistro burger | 20 |
Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon | 100g |
Hot mustard rarebit | 300g |
Beef tomatoes | 4 |
Sourdough burger bun | 10 |
Apple and ale chutney | 200g |
Method
- Cook the burgers and bacon (keep the bacon hot and to one side)
- Then top two burgers with the rarebit mix and glaze under a hot grill
- Slice tomatoes, grill the bun and spread with the chutney and then build the burger
