Ingredients
Ardo cauliflower/cheese burgers | 20 |
Ardo smokey BBQ mix | 175g |
Ardo honey glazed parsnips | 2.5kg |
Ardo sliced red onion | 500g |
Lettuce | for serving |
Everyday Favourites MK4 seeded burger buns | 20 |
Ketchup | 500ml |
Method
- Mix the smokey BBQ mix with the ketchup.
- Put the honey glazed parsnips in the oven (20-25 minutes at 180°C).
- Cook the cauliflower/cheese burger in the fryer (3mins) or in the oven (12 mins).
- Serve the burgers in a burger bun, together with some lettuce, fried red onions and the smoky ketchup.
- Serve the honey glazed parsnips as a side dish.
