Another big trend that continues is alcohol-infused and especially at Christmas people like a nice tipsy dessert. We’ve got a few to offer, including our brand new alternative to a traditional chocolate fondant or melt in the middle pudding, a Baileys® & chocolate melt in the middle chocolate pudding. Top with some vanilla ice cream or a nice dollop of thick cream and some fruit for a garnish and you really have a delicious dessert.
