VE Day
8th May 2023
VE Day, or Victory in Europe Day, celebrates the formal acceptance by the Allies of World War II and the surrender of Germany marking the end of the war. Churchill made the occasion a public holiday in 1945 and war veterans and many others have celebrated on the 8th of May every year since! Mark the occasion and celebrate with our recipes inspired by VE Day created by Chef Wayne with your residents in mind.
